and/or by telephone 01793 651039.
You can also order via the NHS App.
We operate a 72 hour prescription service, but please note that we do not accept requests for prescriptions over the telephone. This is for safety reasons.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor or Practice Nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications.
Patients on long term therapy will be asked to regularly visit the doctor or Practice Nurse to check on their medication.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
